CYBEX Gold Line – Lemo
Client: CYBEX
Year: 2022
Role: In-house Lead Packaging Designer at CYBEX (also contributed to creative development and business case)
A statement in minimalism, designed for modern living. The CYBEX LEMO chair blends timeless form with intelligent funcion – a piece that grows with its user, from newborn to adult. For the Gold Line Lemo 2.0 relaunch, I was entrusted with more than packaging design. My task was to rethink the entire experience through the lens of sustainability, business efficiency, and user experience.

Working hand-in-hand with the chair´s award-winning industrial designer, I developed a structural layout that prioritized intuitive assembly while significantly reducing environmental impact. Every component was positioned to follow the user´s journey – quick, seamless, frustration-free.

From a business perspective, the solution delivered measurable results: within the same box dimensions used for the chair alone, I successfully integrated two additional SKUs – previously packaged and shipped separately. This optimization reduced packaging volume, logistics costs, and environmental footprint wihout compromising premium presentation.
A refined, paper-only packaging system that balanced form, function, and forward-thinking integrated strategy – built to support the product´s lifecycle from shelf to setup.
