* Drive and mentor a team of graphic designers, packaging engineers, contractors, and agencies to establish a sustainable packaging portfolio for all our products.
* Concept of new unboxing experiences with the product Industrial designers and scale it to mass implementation and global production.
* Point of contact with key stakeholders ( Marketing, Graphics, Logistics, Product Management ) when developing new Packaging Solutions.
* Monitor project progress to ensure projects meet scope, timeline, budget, sustainability and quality goals .
* Stakeholder on VA/VE initiatives with sustainability as priority.
* Work with overseas factories and conduct structural and press checks to ensure on-time qualified output.
